Slab: 17.5cm thick, external and internal 12mm OSB cladding, internal 15cm rock wool with vapour barrier, internal natural panelling (can be requested in colour and treated on request, can be replaced with other cladding, not pre-fitted), every 62cm 5×15 treated beams
Roof: low pitch shingle roofing
Optional subfloor: 17.2cm thick subfloor with 22mm OSB cladding on walkable surface, 15cm rock wool insulation, surface cladding optional, every 62 cm 5×15 treated horizontal structural elements. Extra version available with self-supporting substrate, so it does not need to be placed on a concrete base, ground screws or point foundations are sufficient.
Available as prefabricated and with on-site construction
Can also be ordered as a mobile sauna house, i.e., pre-assembled and crane-ready.

Of course, if you have any floor plans or ideas, please send them to us so that we can give you a more accurate offer. We will then send you a 90 – 95% accurate offer, which, if you like, we will follow up with a personal meeting.
We will then follow this up with an LSH Wellness Design where we will design your dream home, from which architectural and other professional trade plans will be drawn up. If required, this will also be used to create the visual plans.
If you have accurate architectural drawings, we can skip the design portion, but we still look forward to meeting you in person at our location as this is necessary for the contract signing.
